Otero County Prison Facility

The Otero County Prison Facility (OCPF) is dedicated to working with NMCD. We have dedicated the west wing of our facility to house and educate NMCD inmates. We are also in the process of upgrading the inside perimeter fence accommodate outside recreation and well as enabling inmates to use the Sweat Lodge that is under construction.

Management & Training Corporation believes that incarcerated individuals benefit from programmatic activities while incarcerated and after release. Quality short-term programs and a positive environment provided by competent staff can greatly enhance the chances for confined persons to appropriately adjust to the correctional institution and to society upon release.

In order to visit an inmate, you must be on the approved visitation list. Click here for the visitation policy and information.

An approved visitor can send a money order with the inmates name and number to the facility.

Send all mail for inmates to their location address above. Please make sure and put to their attention and their NMCD#.
Inmates are not allowed to receive phone calls or any electronic correspondence.
